Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 11/01/2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Advisor4Homes Referral Partner Program (“Program”). By registering as a Referral Partner, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between Advisor4Solutions LLC d/b/a Advisor4Homes (“Company”, “we”, “our”) and you (“Referral Partner”, “you”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Provide accurate personal and contact information;
• Operate within the United States (primarily Florida);
• Not be an employee of Advisor4Homes; and
• Have authorization to share customer information, where required.

We may approve, reject, or terminate any Referral Partner account at our sole discretion.

3. How the Program Works

1. You register and create a Referral Partner account.
2. You submit homeowner referrals (“Leads”) through your portal or assigned link/QR code.
3. Advisor4Homes contacts and qualifies each Lead.
4. If the Lead becomes a paying customer for an eligible service, you may earn a referral reward.

4. Eligible Services

Referral rewards are paid for qualifying projects completed through Advisor4Homes-approved contractors, which may include:

• Impact windows and doors;
• Roofing;
• Remodeling projects;
• Exterior improvements; and
• Other home improvement services listed from time to time in your referral portal.

Eligible services may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

5. Referral Requirements

A referral qualifies only if:

• It is submitted through your referral portal, form, or assigned QR/link;
• The homeowner has not previously contacted Advisor4Homes;
• The homeowner is not already in our database; and
• The information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Duplicate, incomplete, or invalid referrals do not qualify for rewards.

6. Referral Reward Amounts

Referral rewards may be paid at different levels, up to $500 per completed job, based on project size and revenue. As a general guide:

• Small projects: up to $100;
• Medium projects: up to $250;
• Large projects: up to $500.

Advisor4Homes determines the final reward amount in its sole discretion, based on project scope, pricing, and completion status. We reserve the right to adjust reward amounts at any time.

7. When Rewards Are Paid

Referral rewards are paid only after all of the following occur:

• The referred homeowner signs a contract with an Advisor4Homes-approved contractor;
• The job is completed;
• Payment for the job has been received by the contractor and/or Advisor4Homes; and
• The contractor confirms job completion and status.

Payouts typically occur within approximately 30–45 days after job completion, but may take longer depending on project circumstances.

Rewards may be paid via Zelle, ACH bank transfer, check, or any other methods listed in your portal.

8. Tax Requirements

If you earn $600 or more in referral rewards in a calendar year, you must submit a completed IRS Form W-9. We may pause payments until your W-9 is received.

Advisor4Homes will issue an applicable year-end tax form (such as Form 1099-NEC) to qualifying Referral Partners. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on your referral income.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete referral information;
• Submit referrals without the homeowner’s knowledge or consent;
• Use spam, harassment, or deceptive tactics to obtain referrals;
• Misrepresent Advisor4Homes, its services, or its contractors;
• Manipulate, hack, or abuse the referral portal or tracking system; or
• Attempt to claim rewards fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Any such conduct may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.

10. No Guarantee

Advisor4Homes does not guarantee that:

• Any specific Lead will convert into a paying customer;
• Any minimum number of Leads or earnings will be generated;
• Any particular contractor will be assigned to a project; or
• Any project will be approved, financed, or completed within a certain timeframe.

11. Relationship of the Parties

You participate in the Program as an independent referral partner. You are not an employee, agent, franchisee, or legal representative of Advisor4Homes.

You may not make any commitments on behalf of Advisor4Homes or represent that you are authorized to bind the Company in any way.

12. Termination

Advisor4Homes may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including (but not limited to) for:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Abusive, unprofessional, or unethical behavior;
• Activity that harms the Company’s reputation; or
• Extended inactivity (for example, no referrals for six (6) months or more).

Upon termination, we may, at our discretion, cancel pending unpaid rewards if they arose from or are connected to any violation of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Advisor4Homes and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or opportunities, arising out of or related to the Program.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the total amount of referral rewards paid to you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information to operate and manage the Program, to communicate with you, and to comply with tax and legal obligations.

15. Changes to These Terms

Advisor4Homes may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page or within your referral portal and update the “Effective Date” at the top.

Your continued participation in the Program after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Program will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
